One thing in the company is that the salary is paid on time and the second thing is that the conveyance is cut and the salary is also cut a lot and we reduce the log active activity by a very high percentage and the ATM card is cut at 8.

CMS mein kam na pasand hai ki yah apna ek gan man milta hai dusra number mein teen teen char char karod lekar jaate Hain aur protection ek Diya jata hai uske vajah se ham log ko thoda dard hai bahut jyada Laga rahata hai aur sab theek hai

...op to bottom, who are engaged in hollowing out the company by doing corruption. Every branch level worker is harassed, salary is not good, neither they get any incentive, nor they get proper progress salary & grade wise. Employees are wandering here & there for the issues, no one is supposed to attend them for welfare, working here is compulsion like living in hell, only 1 / 2 out of hundred workers are satisfied, who are involved in their team. Wages are deducted instead of paying over time. And on protesting, threats are received by the authorities. Warning: Be unemployed but don’t get stuck here, don’t spoil your life, your work life balance would be horrible; they used employee since the wake up to the late night working without paying over time to operations team, even they deduct the O.T. of poor 4th grade employees (Custodian, Driver & Gunmen) who are the pillars of company.

Company is good, paying salary on time to employees and management is also good. One thing should be need to get better, that is company policy towards bottom level employees.

Hrc policy is very bad for custodians, branch manager involvement required in everything !

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No salary hike I personally work for all most 3years with same salary. This is the biggest demotivate thing. No promotion how good you are but the designation will be same . No job security If any one want to join this company please don't because day by day you pressurise and you will find there is no value for experienced person. Thank you
