i was working in cms Narayana and their manager is very unsupportable They are manager many people fire without any reason this was my experience was bad

...op to bottom, who are engaged in hollowing out the company by doing corruption. Every branch level worker is harassed, salary is not good, neither they get any incentive, nor they get proper progress salary & grade wise. Employees are wandering here & there for the issues, no one is supposed to attend them for welfare, working here is compulsion like living in hell, only 1 / 2 out of hundred workers are satisfied, who are involved in their team. Wages are deducted instead of paying over time. And on protesting, threats are received by the authorities. Warning: Be unemployed but don’t get stuck here, don’t spoil your life, your work life balance would be horrible; they used employee since the wake up to the late night working without paying over time to operations team, even they deduct the O.T. of poor 4th grade employees (Custodian, Driver & Gunmen) who are the pillars of company.

It's worst management company in India and not pay the increment for employees it's all benefits avail only BM RM only that salary is below 10,000/- I'm working employee

Company is good, paying salary on time to employees and management is also good. One thing should be need to get better, that is company policy towards bottom level employees.

...on)hard work like britishers then once its done they through you like a waste ..salary is also very less as compared to hardwork..I was working their in last 3 three month in naraina branch Delhi 110028..they were recruite you on the fame of CMS but they run their organisation with Name SIPl securitrans India pvt.ltd..i didn't understand their theory of running organization
