Client is government (NICSI) so there is less pressure as compared to Pvt companies.
Dislikes
No bonus
No gifts on any festival
No holiday on festivals too
Lazy HRs late response.
Didn't informed about the project which is ending up next month starting of July so due to which other team members are also suffering from this roude behaviour of cms computers India Pvt Ltd which was prior (cms computers Ltd)
