They don't treat the employees respectfully regardless of their designation. They don't provide F&F and hard earned salary of the former employees even after multiple reminders. Former employees have to beg for their own salary which is terrible. They don't reply to the mails and hide their own flaws in order to make the condition of employees pathetic. Overall it is not the great place to work as it claims.

Likes

Plant level management is ok as per behaviour. Support employes in work and personal issues. Culturel activities are there for employees family's also.

Dislikes

Salary is low, for some positions pressure is high that can be reduced.

1 - Behaviour is very good to all staff,H R team,my senior security s o,and etc . 2 - monthly bonus, arrear ,per year pramotions, is this company given to me.

01 - this company work is so different base because i am arounding this company aria so bad,dusting problem, food problem,or etc.

Likes

I am working in this company since long time, so no question of job security. We have many good polices and in process to introduce few more. On personal note, I have very good team and good work culture.

Dislikes

Communication & compensation can be the areas, where we need improvement.

Likes

1. Teams very friendly and supportive. Good work environment. Feels like a community. 2. MD and CHRO always gives opportunity to learn and do better. 3. Alternate Saturdays off. Can take care of family. 4. Good business model for future industry growth.

Dislikes

1. Salary and benefits a little less compared to competitors. 2. Too many meetings
