Nothing is here to like the subject except we have chosen this organisation. Corporate people are misguided me for choosing this type of worst company.

Dislikes

Worst plant head (actually he is don't have industrial knowledge some time brain also) No training. No facility's. Blindly following things which are not even suitable. No food facility. Plant head running plant in convincing mode not even thinking, He don't have technical knowledge. Taking GET and DET for running the plant and treating then like a labour. If we follow plant head means good otherwise there is no job security in tirupati. Plant head showing donkey and telling everyone one it is horse. (People must listen this). Plant head taking meeting for 4 hour for enhancing his knowledge in wrong way. Plant head saying to surrender saturday w.offs, If person taken saturday off it's a big crime and he will face his Bull**** nonsense words In meeting in front of other colleagues insulting targetted person. Plant head bypassing system taking reports from juniors and asking irrelevant questions to senior subordinates. In Tirupati plant is toxic work environment, No safety, dust and smoke in left direct to environment if raised voice he will scolded several time and terminated that person.

Working in CMR ECO is waste due to plant head.. he don't have enough knowledge on all the things,he will see utilise the persons for 8hrs with various works, according his profile or not doesn't matter.. after 5.30pm also leaving the organisation and went to home also he didn't digest it.He wants employees has to sleep all over in the plant ... Worst mind set...culprits are more...

Pls don’t enter this 2ruprss company they treat there employee as labour . Don’t expected to HR team they also are useless person . They never help u any think Plant head trying to be oversmart but zero knowledge sharing if u can’t listen to them treat u speared from organisation he think that company father made . They give zero trying about any organisation.
