Nothing is here to like the subject except we have chosen this organisation. Corporate people are misguided me for choosing this type of worst company.

Dislikes

Worst plant head (actually he is don't have industrial knowledge some time brain also) No training. No facility's. Blindly following things which are not even suitable. No food facility. Plant head running plant in convincing mode not even thinking, He don't have technical knowledge. Taking GET and DET for running the plant and treating then like a labour. If we follow plant head means good otherwise there is no job security in tirupati. Plant head showing donkey and telling everyone one it is horse. (People must listen this). Plant head taking meeting for 4 hour for enhancing his knowledge in wrong way. Plant head saying to surrender saturday w.offs, If person taken saturday off it's a big crime and he will face his Bull**** nonsense words In meeting in front of other colleagues insulting targetted person. Plant head bypassing system taking reports from juniors and asking irrelevant questions to senior subordinates. In Tirupati plant is toxic work environment, No safety, dust and smoke in left direct to environment if raised voice he will scolded several time and terminated that person....Read More
