Yes company is good.job secure transport facility also good IT team helpfull.most important this company very secure for girls.

As per compair work salary very cheap salary growth not good even I have doing extend shift not any OT payout also leave issue in festival even PL not getting properly as per requirment.

Company is good no issue but managment is good not very good. Compansation is very low as per compair to work. Other facilities is good

Working is good political is I have dislike and salary is not good as per work as per this work salary is need 25-30 thousand because in 12-15 thousand we have not manage house rent and other basic expenses light bill rashan

...den on limited staff & expecting them to perform with perfection and excellence. Really pathetic work culture & underpaid salary culture. Just to secure or justify existence of any other department , in the name of cost cutting customer service department is the scapegoat. The average hike percentage in salary is not more than 3%. Instead of shutting down APL they should have learned from APL what customer service is all about and how to pay a handsome salary and hire adequate staff required to perform CS task effectively & efficiently.
