...with good process. As a KPO company they stands on a top 5 of shipping industry. Good employee benefits with night shift allowance, Sodexo, Yearly Bonus and Hikes.

Dislikes

The management is very bad. Especially with Cost Control team in GBSI. There are conflict between managers itself which affects the employee work-life balance. Improper training provided for new joiners (Include Experience resources or New Resource) An immatured managers who will always shout in floor. Very bad management who will check your teams messages and history using an tool. Praise in public and Hail in private policy is not followed here. Worst managers.

Workplace is very good.their is high job security but low growth . Company provides very good facilities . pickup and drop as well .

...completed and you don't get any extra allowance for that .and very slow growth . salary is not satisfying .

...makes you look higher . Hike was good if you are favour of your higher levels. If you salary Is higher than others then you won’t get hike if is low they will give you a reasonable hike.

Even HR are casteist and if you people belong to Telugu then u can enjoy here. Hike was the upsetting one for me after I did more than expected they simply telling the reason for lesser hike that am getting little higher salary so they did even gave hike more than 5 percent

I am working as accounts payable executive from last 2 years .work pressure is very high . manger always want production situation doesn't matter for him .he always pressurise to do production in any how .Admin team is not supportive admin team manager behaviour is very horrible .Job security is very good and they also provide meal expenses that is very good .

Dislikes

Salary not meet as per expectations and career growth is very slow .You have to do only one activity once assign to you not giving other work or not improving knowledge

Nice environment and salary package. Management are very good.(Admin, IT team, Security) company provides perks and benefits, night allowances

Too much work pressure Daily extend and no overtime pay
