The company is open to Innovation and radley adopt latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable high quality product and has a global client base, as a result I get to travel abroad specialist to the Germany, another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural background and we were happily collaboration I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Company's dissent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometime I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day I do receive appreciation email from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during mid year appraisal.

Company gives opportunity to work independently. I got exposure to various sector in different countries. Learning of various product with team in helthy environment is a good experience. I travelled to almost 10 different countries for site activities, The experience and knowledge was worthwhile.

I use to travel a lot to various job site. The work life is dominating to personal life. During festive season we use to sit at site while other people use to enjoy holidays.
