---My manager name is sireesha devaliya ---- Pfb public review on her 1.) These lady jst use and throw poor employees who trust n hard work for her, she used poor people for her own benefit 2.) She spend in clover Infotech for almost 15+ yr it's her responsibility to pitch in and bring new client n project for Microsoft technologies but she never done instead played safely at only one client lol she's good at lckng managers doing nothing and now she is VP lmao 3.) it's a big shame on clover top management for promoting people like sireesha devaliya without doing nothing jst using poor employees work as her own and later blame that employee 4.) she know at these age she won't be getting job in market with 35+ package and comfortness so she will never quit clover Infotech 5.) Whenever any issue occurs these will turn off her mobile or dnt pick call and run always and play politics. 6.) CLOVER INFOTECH SHOULD GET AWAY WITH THESE OLD LAZY MANAGEMENT N GOVERNMENT WORKER AND REPLACE THEM WITH NEW MARKET YOUNG BLOOD AND GET AWAY A OTHER TECHNOLOGIES Project AND CLIENT WITH HIGHER CONFIDENCE INSTEAD GOING WITH ORACLE FOCUSED PROJECTS N COMPANY. - it's a good company for SQL DBA and especially Oracle for freshers - if you are from Microsoft technologies and application support stay away both freshers as well experienced people. - For Microsoft technology ppl be ready to keep switching between technologies till u get deployed on site. - if u are so lucky and u get appreciation and awards and some tadka of chamchagiri u will be promoted as Team Lead(Manager) within one year( person like me spent 4 yrs to get TL position in this company lol 😀 now IDC I developed my advance skill rather than chamchagiri skills 🤣) - favouritism and bias for appraisal and promotion based on caste is on top in this company management. - UNDESERVING PEOPLE ARE GETTING PROMOTED AND PAID IN THIS COMPANY RATHER THE ONE WHO GET UR CONTRACT RENEWED BY PERFORMING WELL ON SITE - they never match with industry standard package - some of the top management misusing their power to fire an employee who spent 15 yrs in these companies and acquired customers and projects, justa big shame on top management - Chamchas can come to the office by 12 and the other one has to be present in the office by 9am? - In these company u will find people doing nothing and earning a package between 30 - 55 lacs PA while the one who work hard Passionately doesn't get paid off God bless them .. finally I m done 👍

No proper road map to handle the clients, special clover transition managers and uper management thinks that North Indian clients and North Indian hired staff are fool, they think they can make fool to North Indian hired people. Lot of lies commitment to them, only client specific not employees orintened company, During new project transition they feel lot of scared to new North Indian employees hence employees lost there confidence, all meeting with employees happen after 6:30 pm always with mandatory to join the meeting, worst lagaunga they use while making communication with employees, most important feedback about new projects, they used skills as per maharastra terminology while got project in North India like delhi ncr. They think same terminology will work in North Indian, mostly delhi ncr communication needs to be sweetly handle but they use worst types communication as per maharastra language and techniques hence result opposite. No one will pay you overtime or overnight expanse. Poor management, don't know to whom needs to be make a reporting manager, they believe to hire older employees who employed at previous project runner company and makes them as reporting of talented people hence person ego issue came up and stability of employees effect. No support for illness and work from home.

Job security and career growth when you are not located at client side or client location is well enough for growth.

Dislikes

Transparency about leaves and deduction in salary, lenthy processing for compensations, Over work load with no benefits on overtime which effects your work life balance. Poor resource management at client side. Your leaves will be available but you can't take it because no another person will be available to cover your work and shift.
