Salary is on time which is the last day of month.

Dislikes

A bond period for fresher which is more than 3.6 years AND the Management of clover. Once deployed on client site dont expect any kind of help from Clover management if needed any.

Pro: Only skill set u will gain by urself only, not from training n stuff.

Dislikes

Con: Lot of cons are there. 1st bond of 3.5 years. 2nd is no salary increment/no appraisal 3. Management is worse like never you'll saw that 4. No cultural values no mental health, physical health of employee matter to management and hr. 5. 1 lakh of deposit. I mean you can invest that money to other place where u can take output. You can spend that money to gain your knowledge also. You'll get so many and other job in MNC or startup based. Just don't get trapped in this organisation.

Salary comes on time and you can learn...job security is also there.

No comp off, have to work on festivals and get no extra allowance, no hike..... Management is not good. hR and all management department doesn't respond easily.

But when it comes to salary and hike, it doesn't match your work. They will expect to do everything under small budget from us and worst management that I never seen anywhere

I have learn IT skill from Clover. It help me stand in IT field strongly. Management is supportive. Workplace culture is best. Clover environment leads or inspire us to learn more and more new skills. Most enjoyable part of job was salary increment as per the policy

Dislikes

Annoying Co-workers. Poor Work-Life Balance. Poor Work Environment. Long hours. Low Pay. Inflexible Work Schedule.
