The unrealistic targets and long hours leave you burned out and frustrated. And even if you complete your shift, bosses insist to do overtime unnecessary just to show their power. They are bullying junior staffs. If you’re considering joining Clove Dental, think twice. The lack of respect, support, and focus on ethical patient care makes it a tough place to work. Look elsewhere if you value your career and well-being.
