My experience with this organization was disappointing due to several fundamental issues. The HR department, led by Tejashree, holds all the authority, with little to no involvement from managers or team leads during the on-role process. Salaries are extremely low, comparable to housekeeping staff, and often not paid on time, creating financial stress for employees. The work environment lacks professionalism and structure. VP Parimal Deshpande frequently makes irrelevant references to movies and web series, which detracts from productive discussions. Communication between departments is poor, and employees are often treated as office assistants rather than valued professionals. There is no proper documentation of work via email, leading to unnecessary delays and inefficiencies. Additionally, the company’s approach to clients is concerning. They seem more focused on taking advantage of clients rather than providing genuine value, offering whatever is needed just to secure payments rather than maintaining ethical business practices. Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, and the company’s exit policies are highly unprofessional. Experience letters and certificates are either delayed or not provided, and when they are, employees are unfairly given low ratings despite strong performance. Overall, I would not recommend this organization to professionals seeking a structured, ethical, and growth-oriented workplace.

Everything no work life balance (wrking hrs: min 10 hrs of working) have to work on sunday pressure / torture 24*7 delay in salary psycho operations VP &CEO no hike delay in providing letters

I love the fact that I am part of the Cloudstrats. Because in this company 6 months I have completed and I learn a many more things and I learn & many more thinks to use me in my career.

In this company everything is nice but one think The salary is not that much as every freshers has expected.

Don't join this company it's totally shit ...they don't even provide you a Experience letter or salary... office politics ...with some phyco people

They give lots of projects so you get to learn lots of things from yourself

HR does not stand against management. poor training modules for new joiners. They will promise you performance bonus but they will find ways to cut down yearly performance bonus. They wants us to work after hours but they will not give u any bonus for same.
