Nothing because the toxic and Non-IT Environment.

...team or call center staff, with no regard for the specialized nature of IT work. It feels like employees are treated as servant, with the CEO acting as though paying a salary gives him the right to ignore personal emergencies and impose arbitrary rules. Policies and rules change frequently based on the company's convenience and the dependencies of employees, which severely impacts equality and fairness. if you are looking for a workplace where you can grow and thrive, this is no the right place for you. And not a single employee leaves this company feeling happy or satisfied with their experience.
