There is a good training on softskills even though iam a developer and new to training .I got trained in CTMS on soft skills and training skills and then I was requested to take sessions .Good learning and Guidance from CTMS on expectations from different people like IT , Non IT, Students, Working professionals how to handle them etc. A very good learning experience with very good facilities like writing pad, TV, good remunerations with incentives, free snacks during the sessions. Very good guidance on market situations. I would recommend to all Trainers who are aspiring to grow and passion to teach

Everything. First they scam you by telling you expert faculty amazing experience etc etc etc and in reality it is a piece of dump i will anyhow make sure that these cheater idiots go down.

They are totally transparent on what they doing. They will give a brief introduction on what the work culture is, and timings. I think its more than enough for any trainer to understand his roles and responsibilities and deliver his work and training. There is no unwanted disturbances from the management team on trainer and his training and his methodology. It is a very good place to work in where a person knows on what to do and how to deliver his training methodology. I would highly recommend to those who knows what he is doing and his working style.

There is nothing this institute to dislike as of now. I have worked for one training , These guys are highly professional, they know what they are doing, they mean it, and should for their words. According to me these kind of institutes are one of a kind in Chennai.
