Quality work. You get to working on challenging projects where there is a scope of go learning curve

Promotions. It's frustrating to see people struggling to get the promotion however they are all ready for the next level.

Nothing is good about the company. Worst work life balance, not employee friendly, management treats you so bad forcing you to quit. Culture has deteriorated so much that ppl just want to run away.

Everything starting from CEO to you reporting manager for the past 6 months.

No clear vision, the leaders change the vision almost every day. They can’t tolerate anyone working hard as they want to stay in limelight

There is nothing good about the place, Citrix was good place to work however CSG has no clear vision

Super micromanagement, Strict work from office in weird shift timings. Extremely poor management. Strict work timings. Everyday people are supposed to sit in office for 9 hours no matter whether they have work or not.
