I am glad I left the company when I did, as hard work was overlooked, promotions depended on flattering the boss, and the owner think everyone is idiot in this world except him. One more point most of the positive reviews posted by company employees who recently working in this company.

Likes

It was my third IT Company, But I feel lucky that I got selected here on Software developer position. Initially, I thought that it's a small company and It would be really hard for me to complete one year, but I'm happy to share that I've happily completed more than 2.5 years. The culture and people are awesome, Specially the top management is supportive and ask you to plan your career from day one.

Dislikes

I found the transport facility is there, but that need to be a little bit improved. In game zone, There must be more games apart form Table tennis. Also more team activities to enjoy and learn together.

Likes

The company has a good working environment, provides flexibility, and is one of the best places to start your journey. The company provides better exposure and the best learning environment. Overall a nice place to work, with a culture, Teamwork, and Fast-paced, innovative, smart people.

Dislikes

There's nothing I really dislike about working at Cloud Science Labs. You get work, you deliver things on time and respectively you get rewarded for your work.
