I joined Cloud Peritus recently, and I've already spent four months here. Interview Process: 1. HR Screening (30 Mns) 2. Technical Round-1 (60 Mns) 3. Technical Round-2 (60 Mns) 4. Technical and Managerial Discussion (60 Mns) 5. HR Discussion (60 Mns) These are the things I've noticed. 1. The company is good, with a clear vision. 2. Excellent Collaboration and a place where we can gain new skills. 3. People and work culture are positive. 4. Management is supportive. 5. Medical Insurance is 5 Lakhs (Employee, Spouse, 2 Children). 6. Snacks are free on every Thursday. 7. Fun activities. 8. Company is located in the Prime location.

One of the best organizations to work with w.r.t culture and learning opportunities. The leadership team is very down to earth and supportive and very approachable, who operate an open door policy and make this a great place to work. They have a great vision for the orgnization.

No cab No proper hikes Not so good environment to work Bad manager be carefull about this person he can manipulate anyone and he can degrade a person infornt all of members and be care he will enter in to your personal issues and he will De motivate you by raising that points ,even higher authority also doesn't even listen your words ,that much how can he manipulate them also
