Since this is a start up, employees are expecting to work longer hours especially when there are deliverables. Work pressure can be high.

...nt and culture. Teammates are very supportive and our management is transparent. Company policies, appraisals are fair and decent salary, hike, bonus (especially in the Pandemic situation our company didn't let us down).

I couldn't find much, sometimes it can get really busy and can feel at those times like it's difficult to move forward with the strategic work, but our team and management have supported though..

Excellent work culture! It's been 2 years at Cloud Destinations. The best part about this company is that the trust the management place in its people and the opportunities for learning and growth. We get recognition and rewards for every contribution or effort we make! Leaders and management are so supportive, and the organization is completely people-centric!

This company follows a hire and fire approach, recruiting people based on immediate project demand and letting them go one day without any reason or with silly reason. If client is dissatisfied, they don't hesitate to fire employees, regardless of their contributions. Leadership team is very poor, internal politics between them is very common and that affecting many employees and creating a toxic work environment with zero job security.

100% toxic environment there is no job security, and the management is worst. Will terminate without any proper justification. think before joining in this company cause it might affect your career later.
