1. Job security is zero 2. Too much of Micro management especially in this company's CEO is directly involved in the micro management which is really a low level thing for any organisation. 3. Professionalism is not there, even in official meetings CEO speaks like a roadside goon. 4. Lots of office politics is there 5. The job roles and responsibilities can be changed whenever the senior management wants, you don't have any growth in your own domain 6. There are many more dislikes but I don't want to spend more my valuable time thinking about this organisation. JUST ONE LAST SUGGESTION JOIN THIS ORGANISATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

This approach helps them cut costs, as they can avoid giving salary hikes to senior employees by replacing them with less experienced staff. 5. High Attrition and Unethical Termination Process: The company has no hesitation in terminating employees abrupltly when they are not deemed profitable. 6. Excessive Work Pressure Leading to Health Issues: The pressure on employees is immense, especially when inexperienced staff are placed in roles requiring significantly more expertise. 7. Unreasonable Expectations: Employees are expected to perform beyond their capabilities without proper support or guidance.

I don't recommend to work in here. working culture is very poor. Trainers, Who give you salesforce training are very bad they as it is copy paste SGTS assignments and Notes. No job security. they can fire you any time. Lack of projects.
