Growth is slow. Managers do not value an indivisuals' unique strength that is by subordinates needs to take back their decision many times. Sometimes seems that nepotism prevail.

...e year contracts dependant on funding, career growth enabling as open positions are always advertised internally first, salary is good with annual increments

Salary is good, but the job security is at a disadvantage for the staff due to the 1 year contracts which can be terminated at any time due to the funding that may or may not be available

No appraisals, minimal feedback on performance, luck plays an important part in progression as employees get annual contracts which may or may not get renewed basis funding

I have very bad experience in CHAI-People who have power they are misusing their power for personal benifits, partiality, so much politics, no value of people who are hardworking and sincere, promoted un experienced nad qualifications people, not happy with the behaviour of Associate Director and management.

Dislikes

Fevourism to lie and chip type employees , no working environment, so much time passers are there, they need only spoofing people, people who object against wrong things they got targetted and lost their jobs
