Clinique is the best place for learning. Two days week off. Gud Salary, gud training, trainers r amazing.

Dislikes

Lots of politics, no clarity between the higher management and the lower management. Specially if u r working as a consultant have to face lots of sale pressure and sometimes ur store manager or counter manager convey bad impression about u to the higher management. And those people don't have time to arrange a meeting so things can be clear.

Work life balance is what makes me work with this company for such a long time.

Everything is good but when it comes to promotion and appreciation, it's highly depending on personal preference of certain group of people holding a better position in the company.

The culture of company is good, i love the way training happens in clinique

I feel team management is not good from last one month we dont have a store manager in our store and senior team member behave as the want we are facing lot of issue due to that one there resolve it.

There is nothing which I dislike about this company, only one thing which I didn't like when I got hired they have promised me something which is not happen yet and they not even talking about it,So that what I dnt like it , otherwise all things are good.
