Nothing says to be like they fire any employee at any time without giving any reason. They needs to work on sales team because sales team is responsible for not getting the project

many dislikes like micro management , salary calculation, bonus deducts from your salary but after one year company will say we don't have money to pay you bonus

I have learned a lot here and worked on multiple types of projects, The Company and Manager always give me an opportunity to enhance my skill set and i am very grateful to them. Job is secured and Appraisals are good if you are loyal towards your job responsibility.

When I started the company was good but after some time it was a toxic to work over there. they treat their employees very badly. Fire anyone one without any reason and do not provide FNF in time.

Work Environment, There is not a job security, Salary increment is not good, company policies change according to their convenience.
