Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilking.

it is like you have to start from ground to complete a project. so i learn a lot because I never perform that kind of activity in my life. it is very good phase to me, in which I have to interact different people in the company and out side of it..

Dislikes

I do not have more but something I want to point out that is communication gap in b/w the staffs like production, quality to BD&A employee. they think that we are not working for the company, they thing we gave them order to work for my personal work.

Likes

When I'm join the company, all activity of job role was totally new for me but it is easy for me to grasps everything and learned things. Also seniors of my company are very good in nature for supporting.

Dislikes

Culture of company is expensive but in case of salry increament it is averagelly reported.
