They haven't cut my salary throughout the lockdown and supported all of our employees with salary payouts on time. But they have fired a few employees too. And the employee mandated premium insurance covers for COVID as well.

Recently there is more focus on sales although my role is not Entirely dependant on sales. That is something annoying for now.

Good pay even for freshers. No micro management

Purely Depends on your team and manager. Lot of communication gap. They need end results not the process and struggles you go through to get those result. Colleagues will respond only if you are their pet

Salary is good in the industry, wfh is available sometimes

No Job Security, Hire and Fire culture across different functions especially in sales and CSM You may lose your job within 3 months after getting hired

Pathetic management. No appreciation for employees. Good people always leave this company. Leadership and HR is useless. They will ask you to get work done on weekends and layoff everyone once work is done.

If the daily target is not reached the manager asks you to apply for paid leave(loss of pay) for the day even though you came to office and worked the entire day
