...MPANY TO BE WITH AS THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE VERY DE-MORALISING IN THE WORK PLACE. THE SALARY PAYMENT TIMING IS PATHETIC & THE WORK PRESSURE WHAT THE MANAGEMENT KEEPS ON A EMPLOYEE IS TERRIBLE. PERSONAL LIFE WILL BE RUINED & CANNOT HAVE A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT TO WORK WITH WHICH WILL EFFECT AN EMPLOYEE HEALTH EVENTUALLY.

I am working here since 14 years & still going strong. Working with my other Teammates here is so friendly and supportive that everybody enjoy working. Ofcourse management support makes a difference and so we are proud for having such good Sr and directors.

There is no reason to dislike the company. Company has already supported many during ups and downs and people know this.

Only company system software is upgraded. Employee work growth is zero. No motivation. Only if you have degree of master in politics ..you join. You should be good ..I mean chamcha giri with your TL ..this is enough for your growth.
