you will get your salary on desired time period and you will get 1 lunch in a month on day of "Purnima" because a pandit told to Deepak Bansal "Purnima ke din gareebon ko khana khilao".

Only politics and no management, no growth, no salary perks, a guy got increment of only 500 rupees half yearly, you can usually spot people talking loudly about saas bahu serials, cricket match, double standered haryanvi/bhojpuri songs. Management won't listen to you no matter how big problems you are facing. Salary!! you take one day off without information and two days salary gets deducted also if you reach office 5 min late they will deduct half day salary. The office timing is 9AM to 6PM and you have to reach office on or before 9AM but you can't leave office on 6PM, it's depends on your TL when he/she will let you leave varies between 6:30PM to 8PM, work environment is worst, all rules and regulations are only for junior level employees, you can't even change your desktop picture, it's not allowed. I mean, what kind of rule is that? Basically this company is running a bounded labor strategy. If you work in this company, only listen. Never dare to utter a word ever. Because they will terminate you and will give you an unacceptable reasons. The so called super sr manager is one BIG A$$hole and the CTO is the biggest ch#%&ya. The company owner Shri Deepak Bansal ji is the king of this so called mini corporate Empire. Never say a word to him either it's true or important.

I was a part clearpath technology from 2014 to 2015 Mumbai branch, in this period of time I learn a lot of things. Environment to work is good.

Dislikes

Only problem is ít is located too inside from the Andheri or ghatkopar stn, having too much of problem in traveling specially evening.

Clearpath technology is good seo company. They have some more office in aboard. Too many branches in india. Clearpath is growing platform.

I had 7 year work experience in clearpath technology. I worked in dwarka and gurgaun branch. I gave 7 to 8 time TL exam in clearpath. But they always promote only none person.

Never trust this company.. if they are financially being affected, they will not hesitate to remove you even if you are doing well in the job.. Training not given properly.. they think we are super humans
