HR department totally sucks, too much cutting in salary, every facility they provide you have to pay for it, even for tea you have to pay money, company sucks everything from employees, before week off they give you 2 night shifts every week so your week off ends with sleeping whole day. ...fice itself. Lunch has to be done with same gender people only. No appreciation. Salary is not at all upto the mark. In this competitive world, they dont have a great leave policy. Every leave taken is a loss of pay.
