There is nothing that I liked in working at Claymint. The experience was horrible. They don't provide any increament in the salary and make you do work more than that . There were no hygiene. They are failed even providing basic things like tissue papers, tea, even stationary. There were no cleaning in the office, no water in the washroom and many more and.. pathetic experience 😫😭😖. They don't even give you any moral support related to your work and at the time of appraisal they only gives false promises. I request you all that don't even think about working in this company. The location is a village and there is nothing you will find professional.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
