Likes

Getting a lot to learn and company culture is nice. The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets 12 years of trust and comfort.

Dislikes

less opportunities of appraisal, rewards and awards. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I am working alone for 10-11 hrs. Also there is no on job training for freshers. Training new comers becomes a pain during busy time.
