Classic Design is a good company to learn for beginners. There are some well experienced people with strong technical knowledge to work with/support. Once you get settled there, work life balance will be good.

Good company for Fresher's as they give proper training. And also job security is good. They wont fire you unless your work not satisfies them. Also they provide on-site opportunity after 4 r 5 years depends up on seniority.

If you got placed with good salary you will be able to survive but when you come in as fresher salary growth takes more time. But they provide good salary hike every year. Work life balance will be horrible as we work beyond our work time and they give OT for that extra hours with their own time calculation that does not fullfil our hard work. On paper monday to friday is working but they will ask us to come on Saturday but we can take off on alternate saturdays And when project is less sat n sun will be off But apart from that all the employes are friendly and will help us in every situation when ever we have doubts we can ask everyone

Basically in this company put agreement for employees and don’t give relive order to the employees Very worst company .working hours is more than 12 hours , no increments in company. More parciality from managers and HR ( HR is very worst)
