Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good. Employe safety is first priority in clariant, that was good sign. Job security is 100%.On the job training are conducting good.it was very useful for personal carrer groth as well as orgonisation growth.Daily performance dilouge board meeting conducting good. Overall work experience with clarient is awsome.

Salary is decent but salary hike, career growth is slow.

Coordination in Teammets are fulfills. Job security it was normal. Work environment is ok.

Salary, work life, career growth is poor in company.. No any facility from company for instrument technician comparison to other departments.

The company culture overall looks good but don't join RPA team at all. No onboarding will be done. The smart Automations team doesn't have any structure, standards, and unrealistic expectations to complete the projects in 2 days and go live on day 3. The individual goals are like releasing 1 fte every month and you get projects worth 0.02 FTE in your bucket so you need to complete around 500+ project in a year to achieve your annual target. There's nothing like a team once you join on day one you'll be thrown into the project which none of the existing collegaue are willing to work bcz it won't get add in your goals as old process are pathetic and keeps failing. You're your own BA, architect, developer, tester and manager also as none gives damn if you're stuck with getting access or any other need. Just run away from smart Automations team. For rest of the teams the environment looks good. Officially its 5 working days buy in reality you'll have to work 24*7 to complete the work.

Work culture in night shift is not good, lot of politics, appreciation rewards and promotions are given as a precaution to avoid resignation of employee, it should be given proactively when an individual performs and not when company feels that the individual can resign. Lot of corporate politics especially in the night shift feels like people has no work to do apart from gossiping and passing false news or constantly trying to get updates about others.

The Salary growth is very very slow. Many of the team members are underpaid. Additionally they do not have insurance for parents when majority of colleague's parents are retired. People have complained a lot on this to the company..but they dont seem to be bothered.
