Management is worst, Office starts at 8 am in the morning and they expect people living in Noida & faridabad to come at 8 am. Many people are working from home but it all depends on there managers. There are no fixed rules for all the employees. Whole sole power lies in the hands of 2 people. You have to go to the AVP even for leaves.

Its a pathetic company I have ever worked in my entire career, entire leadership team are involved in fire fighting all the time, working without any objective as per top boss direction, no matter how well they offer never ever join this company, they will hire you for something and make you do something else absolutely career spoiler.

Aaahh.its a long list let me try to cover as much as possible... At junior level teammates are at a nascent stage out of influence, but as you move upward you get influenced with pathetic leadership. Training & quality does not exits at all as a function, rather its a tick mark activity lto make fool of clients. 'Zero' job security, absolutely no role clarity, annualised attrition is above 100% consistently.Career growth is basis company's requirement, even offer promotion twice in a year at director level or even dissolve roles within 6 months of hiring. Salary/Appraisal is biased instead of merits, don't even share appraisal ratings as a culture with employees.Highly political environment, you need to learn to say 'Yes' to everything for survival. No focus on learning at, it is at the mercy of peers and your will. highly negative work environment, no transparency at all. senior leaders are even not synced on the corporate level projects that they are driving. The only objective is to make the top boss happy by any means.
