hr is getting paid vacation for last 1.5yrs along with incentives with hand of top management service managers lie all time for everything sales managers ask junior not to tell if they do any sales so that they can take reward 22-23 appraisal still not given and its already 23-24

As a medical devices/ service company we may have to visit for service calls beyond working hours. But company provides Relaxation also.

Salary will credit on time..and Product quality is excellent

Don't expect growth... Also there is immense level of internal politics between staffs... Also hire less people... And Provide cheap way of service for customers...

Great owners that care about their people. Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with.Its a good growing company,provides good daily allowance. I have recently joined this company in Bhubaneswar, Odisha location.Job is little stressful, you have to work on holiday also for attend the service call. But manager and asst manager is extremely supportive. So you can't feel much work pressure. In simple words Good working conditions. Friendly colleagues. Hard-working people and managers.
