Bad salary structure, no job security 👎, no skill enhancement policy!!, technology uses, poor work culture, timing, odd office location, poor HRM, management including project management, not having respect to employees 😕, There was no growth, I have waisted my time there 😢 😕 👎

...od company for fresher and professional who has less than 3 years of experience. Salary on time. 2 days off, food cupon.

One of the most dislike thing is the salary. And one manager who has no technical knowledge but pretendends that he knows everything he is not IT guy he makes your working hours and life pathetic. So just avoid him.. Thats why employees are leaving.. Otherwise the company is far better than any other middle level company in kolkata

...ts and also I attend international trade events like GITEX, COMEX and many more. I always receive my salary in time WHICH is an excellence of our company. Yearly appraisal with good rating make me happy & satisfy till today. So, all those factors/benefits force me to stay with Citytech & build a long term relationship. I proud myself that I had started my career with Citytech and I believe, I will stay here till my retirement.

there is always little bit of pressure from management, specially jr. level developer but you can learn lot of things from that.
