They cut salary every almost every month if you don't archive your almost impossible target, after leaving the job they will not give u your remaining salary, 😞 Hiring and Fireing it's a part of their work culture, even they change their work in every week

Everything. No Proper team, no proper vision from the leaders. They are not aware what they doing. Every tom d*ck and harry will become managers and handle any function. I will not recommend anyone to join this worst company ever. DONOT join if you don't want to get laid. Layoff

Only while joining and interview.. Leadership team will show you stars and moon to catch. Founders bahut badi badi baate karenge. Don't fall in trap. This is like a Kirana ka Dukan.

If there was an option of Negative review i would have been happy. Starting from Culture to Job security to everything. There is nothing which is good. While interviewing they will try to get you as soon as possible showing you all goody goody nice things.. but reality and facts are far from the things told to you. Its a toxic culture. From the recruiters, No Qualified people, some random lady leading the team who only say yes yes boss, no no boss, ok ok boss to the leadership core team/Founders. Fun fact is founders also dont know what they doing. Keep on trying new things without study. Only layoffs. Every 6 months a mass layoff and everymonth cut down in new initiatives and employees. if we dont agree to what senior team says we will be out. Bahut Toxic environment hai yaha. No job security no sense of belongingness, only work work work. 7 days work. GOD KNOWS TILL WHEN WE WILL BE SAVED HERE. Kab Dhanda band hoga. To all folks out there, DONT JOIN THIS FRAUD CULTURE LESS ORGANIZATION leaving your current secured job. You will fall in trap and may be next month or even in days you may be asked to leave the job that too without your basic like notice period, leaves. Stay away from such organization. Baaki aapki marzi. By Unfortunate person trapped now.

All the folks you would be working with on an executive level are good though, the senior management and their decisions are just terrible. Also, they would put that immense workload that eventually you will realize that you have groomed your skillset.

Dislikes

Every single thing apart from the above one is far more than just being worst at CityMall. Also, they kind of have a fantasy to show fake hirings and unexpected layoffs (along with promising the entire team that this is the last one, every time they do) in front of their investors.
