Worst bank, they want your original certificates, they recall bonus on resignation anywhere not in industry, also they hold u r bonus they will say target not achieved but u have to pay the tax for it, RDM do politics and get u transfer to North to South, south to north, they will talk u like dog, simply don't want to pay the employees

No work life balance. Lot of politics. improper and an inaccurate grading system, because of that who ever who works hard will get no bonus/promotion. Even for getting mediclaim you will have to beg the HR for getting consent letter. More pressure in work as all the works to be carried out single handedly. Even for public holidays like republic day, CO will ask staff to come to branch for loan recovery and marketing. Very worst HR policies. Have a silent staff union which wholeheartedly agrees to the decision of ceo. To get the vehichle loan approval for staff it will take 2 weeks where other banks are giving 2 wheeler loan approval in one day

For freshers this is good bank only for learning. Don't expect respect and salary just learn and switch.

Dislikes

...aves credited during probation and probation could be 2 years instead of 1 year. Salary is low but expections high. Employee can do work with passion if salary is good.

Bank follower traditional banking , it is old generation bank, salary is as per IBA policy , but gives under CTC

Miserable, Tranfer policy is strict and not employee friendly , huge targets with less coordination from corporate office

Working on production data warehouse, so I am having a great learning curve.

Dislikes

Doing the work of 2 people at half a person's salary. Doing 11 hr of shift, without any overtime, or even recognition. Manager scolds like hell for minuet error, and pressurise like hell to get the work of 2 people done by an individual. Can't take a leave, even have to come on every Saturday.
