Brand Yamaha is excellent ably supported by the Principals from Japan and Karimjee Jivanjee family members are polite and have highest level of compassionate towards their employees.

Team members are knowledgeable and humble.Since family members or promoters does not involve in the business some childish characters have assumed the position of top management role without any experience in business. The new Cheap operating officer has abused local staff with Hindi words and ensured his arrest by labour department, eventually came out by bail. Now, the company name and the group name has become the talk of the town for all the wrong reasons, credit goes to MD and erstwhile CFO for recruiting such an inefficient, senseless and inhuman character. Staff are threatened and are being subjected to highest level of mental torture forcing them to involve in stealing the spare parts from the warehouse. Of course, the state of the security system also helped them to steal the parts from bikes as well, not only small parts but also tyres, engine etc. MD style of monitoring the internal and external audit team should be applauded as it has thousands of flaws, we cannot blame him as he does not have any experience in operations. Overall its a good company but managed badly by MD and COO. I was made to work for 2 companies but no recognition was given for all the hard work put in by me and my team. MD is a blood sucker.
