No any benefit of working in this compamy. Very less salary package offered by them. Huge salary deduction. No any Hr policies. Company run on monopoly basis. Company is doing hiring and next day firing. No any benefits of insurance. No cafeteria. Company is located at good place, but managers of the company are not implemiting the right approach towards their work. Employees are doing hard work but managers are not able to manage the things. This company is only good for interns and freshers.

The only thing that’s good about the company is timing. They have a flexible timing from 09:30 to 10:30 AM by which you hve to reach office

Dislikes

Everything is bad, management is worst, they give value and even change the policies for the employee that’s useful for them and on the other hand they will not listen to you if you are not important for them

-No training is provided -No work-life balance -CEO messages you on Whatsapp anytime and everytime (only work related) -No career growth -You don't get to learn from teammates because noone knows anything -Pathetic work culture -No benefits (health, food, travel)
