As same as the mangers will gives promotion and salary for their needed peoples only. At the time joining will tell about hike in every six month but will not get as expected .So please ask a good hike at the time of joining and don't go for the word of HR regarding 6 months hike.

Need to work old technologies or any other technologies irrelevant to professional experience under pressure . No training or self learning time allocated. Assign task on morning and need to complete every task end of the day or client need that requirement end of the day. No sprint only daily basis billing working hour.

... Lot of Opportunities to Learn and grow. Opportunity to work with USA customers. Good remuneration and salary revisions. Very good management and Senior team. Very good infrastructure even though office outside Infopark. Travel to office by public transport is easy compared to IT parks. Company management very caring and always stand for the welfare of the staff. Timely salary payment and salary revisions.

Nothing for now. May be company can start multiple offices

The team was really supportive. R & D kind of development. Good amount of managers in all kind of technologies. Have developments in almost all kind of technologies.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Need to work 9 hours minimum per day excluding breaks. Sometimes, I worked 14-18 hours straight a day to meet client requirements that will be informed in the evening call. Resource allocation is poor in some projects which makes overburden for the developers working in it.

Likes

Company works on the cutting edge of the Technology. Mainly works on the service projects and have long term clients with good products. Onsite oppertunities are very less. Management keeps a good work culture and give importantce to moral values.

Dislikes

Compensation is bit low compared to MNC's but higher than the similer level companies in the city. Also keeps a 6 month appraisal cycle. Other facilities like gym, entertainment spaces, Transport or cabs are not providing. Still have a good cafeteria and free tea and evening snaks.
