As same as the mangers will gives promotion and salary for their needed peoples only. At the time joining will tell about hike in every six month but will not get as expected .So please ask a good hike at the time of joining and don't go for the word of HR regarding 6 months hike.

Assign task on morning and need to complete every task end of the day or client need that requirement end of the day. No sprint only daily basis billing working hour.
