...ravel to various location to meet clients and its completely depends on project.The company is open to all the employees for their achievements and also a good pay masters. I feel proud that I am a part of the company and its growth.

Dislikes

There is no proper guidance from senior level management and do not value an individual strength and their suggestions.compensations are not up to the mark,still we get the appreciation from the clients but not noticed by the management during appraisals.I strongly recommend company to hire the higher officials from the same background so that the middle management go on job training for the freshers to guide them step by step .

Likes

The experience of handling the team of 200people is very good.I learnt in this working period that how to communicate with other people and how to do marketing from my higher officials.

Dislikes

Some of the teammates showed laziness in working,most of the time career growth depends upon how your teammates work to complete montly targets,salary is based on comission basis,sometimes you might got stressed due to pressure of completion of montly targets.
