There is no proper guidance from senior level management and do not value an individual strength and their suggestions.compensations are not up to the mark,still we get the appreciation from the clients but not noticed by the management during appraisals.I strongly recommend company to hire the higher officials from the same background so that the middle management go on job training for the freshers to guide them step by step ....Read More
