Nothing much to like about now after the acquisition

Dislikes

Citrix was better before the acquisition, Later it was acquired by new investors and now named as Cloud Software Group. Now its more like service based company with too much of uncertainty in terms of Job security and no much work

The erstwhile Citrix R&D was very good, and It deserves 5 stars, but after the merger with Tibco and upon the formation of the new Cloud Software Group company, it got worse.

Dislikes

Because of the merger with Tibco, leadership changed and the company culture changed. The new culture was very worse which led me to leave the organization.

Cab facilities are the only positive thing .

9to 5 min to fri is a mandatory thing. There is no job security. Citrix will give so much high hopes because of its brand but internally it's now a public entity after merging with TIBCO and the work life balance is worst here. Every month people are laid off because of downsizing. Even new joiners are being laid off and who are more extroverts are given preferences... No one will see your work. It's just people who are always behind managers will be given preferences for everything.

ELT team is clueless, sometimes it feels they are just looking to maximize profit with short term actions like layoffs instead of improving long term vision

My bad luck is that I was part of worst team where lots of Politics, partiality is there , whatever the work I do credit goes to Director's favourite employee (left and right person who does the buttering and flattering)
