The company might be good but working in Citrin Cooperman depends on the team you are working with. To be honest, there is nothing as such I liked much about the organization as my tenure lasted for few months.

Dislikes

The company policy is not good. They hire people and fire without any substantial proof. Again, please quote that the company might be good but it depends on the team you are working with. There is no proper policy or escalation matrix, if you have any concerns against your immediate senior and you need to report against that individual. The individual who is leading the team from the India office thinks to be the boss of the company and takes irrational decisions. People who are in this position should be kicked out of the company, so that the career of the other people is not hampered and is in the safe hands.

Tejwani Prakash is just a bull shit because he does not care about the time of candidates those who I referred for interview. He does not follow the basic rule of HR to inform candidates about interview status and he stopped picking phones of candidates. Also, next 8th wonder of world, Mr Raj Bansal, he also does not know the recruitment process and selection process. He also rejected many people those i referred here and they were capable ones.

Poor work Culture, no streamlined role of hierarchy, complex work with poor budget, no proper training from US team, lack of US team support and no scheduling system/structure, immatured leadership.
