They will ask you to join immediately but they don't have any projects. They will keep you on bench and after 90 days they will ask you to go home, no job security at all. Too much politics if you have friend in any project then only you will get the opportunity to work otherwise they will reject you without proper reason.

Before 2023 Citiustech has some good client and projects. Salary is good if you are lateral and in development profile. If you are working in project reporting head will reply to your queries very promptly.

No Job Security, From 2023 Jan onwards seems like there are very less projects and clients. existing clients are releasing their resources and bench strength is very high. People on bench are not getting proper calls, and after 2 3 months company is releasing resources to cut down the cost. Also in parallel people from WIPRO is joining at higher position. If you have project then its fine if not then there might be trouble.

- Project availability - Very less projects are available to chose from - Project stability - Projects are not stable and available for long term, projects keep on ramping down after couple of months - Opportunities - Due to less and unstable projects, opportunities are limited - Change in higher management - Frequent change in higher management - Changed CEO, COO and other higher management peoples very frequently, Impacting on company stability - Lack of future plans and vision - Company kept people hiring and firing at the same time even when company have very limited projects, Many people got fired even before working on single project - Domain knowledge - CT works in Healthcare domain, this will hit really hard when going for an internal evaluation, Client expects people with Healthcare background but this is not asked when hiring - Policies - Lot of polices are changed with change in higher management and that impacted on employee benefits - Limited growth - Due to frequent project change and limited projects, growth chances are very limited

CitiusTech is really good company to explore new things in technology specific to people who have 3-4 years of experience. Definitely you will get more knowledge.

Dislikes

Appraisal policy is really not good. They are paying high salary to new joiner but the people who already giving there best in the organization they are not giving enough increment.
