I like the overall work culture. I like the office. It's well maintained and specious. There are good fun activities at the office.

Salary is less than expected. Little to no scope of appraisals and promotions. Salary structure is unfair.

The management's approach is quite ineffective.The appraisal process, especially regarding compensation, is unsatisfactory.

...t of politics in company, Company don’t care about employee’s work life balance. Extra working hours but you will not pay for that. Very bad appraisal, even if you work hard, you will not get good appraisal
