No work-life balance. They will make us work for 10 -12 hrs a day. we can see a lot of partiality and managers are egoistic. Job security is nill, you can be out of the project anytime. No option for skill development and even though you have an opportunity to upskill yourself so called egoistic manager will never allow you.

1.Induction you can find the rudeness of HR, 2.small Pantry with limited food option, 3.if you are not in project they might release you at any given day

No transparency, not even providing mandatory policy documents. Salary slip for 3 months will never match due to uninformed deduction. After appraisal cycle new policy will get introduced orally and instead of Salary increment deduction will happen After on-boarding HR will block you

...roject then that is not candidates fault. Should give more opportunity in bench. Salary should be better as per current market standard

Great work life balance. Great communication among HR and other employees, super fast insurance claims resolved, learning curve always going upward. Innovative thinkers among management.

Dislikes

No salary hike, dry promotion, projects using legacy technologies, whatever salary promised at the time of hiring, offer letter has less than that amount which is frustrating. Some non technical managers are terribly bad mouthed.
