Even if we work for more than 12 hours per day, they will still demand more. People who are their favorites are given preferential treatment, and no skill sets are considered when giving them promotions and appraisals. There is no work life balance Weekends are also screwed as you are expected to be available to work whenever manager calls

Good compensation and insurance policy and benefits .. Teammates are supportive it depends on the team you get . Manager can be good based on the team you get

Politics ... No transperancy regarding promotion and work allotment ... Career growth can happen if you are self motivated ...

Lot of work pressure and stress will not allow you to take rest even in this pandemic situation. Weekends are also working.

Nothing. The company especially the Bengaluru Location is like a Milk production Diary and the employees are the livestock. Once they are milked enough then they are sent out for Slaughter.

Everything. They hire you at a very high package, in fact way more than current market trends so that you don't get employed elsewhere after you join Citi. Then the work culture, management, pathetic bosses, layoffs and always uncertainty makes it so difficult to survive. Eventually you succumb or go with the flow to lose your mental balance.
