...tion. 5. Whatever extra hours you are working you will not get OT for that. 6. If you are thinking about getting R&R awards then forget about it as sometimes in the name of cost cutting they will not give you certificate also.

There will be no growth or feedback to improve the quality initiative taken by seniors. Partiality is been seen for promotion, giving projects etc.

Partiality, No feedback for personal growth, rating was given to me was good but no salary hike.

Salary and other benefits were good, Management was good, We get leaves easily

Citco is just like a start up, at first it was reallybgood, but theirs a lot of manual work and the set up and applications are really old, as a recon perspective, they introduced their own application and wanted to migrate us from TLM to CitcoRecs.citco recs is not a good app, in fact with a lots of bugs, their was already so much manual working and migrating from one best application to a poor application really forced me to put down my paper.
